Rafael Ferreira

Rafael Ferreira serves as the Education Department Principal at 4Creeks, Inc. since October 2025, previously holding principal positions at SIM-PBK and PBK from August 2017 to October 2025. With extensive experience in developing K-12 projects for Independent School Districts in the Houston area, Rafael excels in project coordination with outside consultants. Prior roles include Project Designer and Project Manager at M3A Architecture, where responsibilities involved schematic design preparations and construction management, along with a tenure as Senior Architect at LA Rangel Arquitetos Associados focusing on project development and documentation. As a Partner and Architect at C+R Arquitetura from 1999 to 2004, Rafael managed design-build constructions and client programs. The architectural career began as an Intern Architect with Cidade do Rio de Janeiro - IPLAN-RIO. Rafael Ferreira earned a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Santa Ursula University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, between 1992 and 1999.
