Kevin Conroy has over 35 years of experience in the media, entertainment, and technology industries. Kevin began their career in 1984 as a Vice President, Management Supervisor at Leonard Monahan, Inc. In 1991, they became Vice President of Marketing at CBS Fox Video Inc., where they managed licensing/joint venture agreements with major sports and fitness organizations, and negotiated distribution, sponsorship, and cross-promotion agreements with retailers and consumer products companies. In 1995, they joined BMG Entertainment as Chief Marketing Officer and President of New Technologies, where they developed worldwide strategies for the company's music and entertainment business, and led the development of new, emerging technologies/multimedia. In 2001, they joined AOL as Executive Vice President, where they managed advertising, search, and mobile revenue, and led the redesign and re-architecture of AOL's products. In 2009, they became Chief Strategy & Data Officer and President, Enterprise Development at Univision Communications Inc., where they led strategy board efforts to identify priority growth initiatives and developed UCI's Big Data Strategy. In 2016, they became President, Digital and New Platforms at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc., where they led all initiatives for new and emerging platforms, and developed partnerships with major content brands for virtual and augmented reality experiences. In 2018, they founded ConroyCo Ventures, where they serve on the board of directors and provides consulting and advisory services to a range of organizations in various industries. In 2019, they became President of 4D Factory, a private equity holding company investing in technology-driven media. In 2022, they began advising for SportsEdTV.

Kevin Conroy obtained their BA in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College. Kevin also studied at the Institute of European Studies in Vienna, Austria. Kevin attended La Salle Academy RI for their secondary education.
