August Moretti

August Moretti has served as our Chief Financial Officer since January 2019. Mr. Moretti previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Assertio Therapeutics (formerly Depomed, Inc.), a publicly held specialty pharmaceuticals company focused in pain and neurology, from January 2012 until August 2018.

Mr. Moretti received his B.A. in Economics from Princeton University in 1972. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1975.
