Hersh Patel

Hersh Patel currently serves as the Senior Medical Director of Clinical Development at 4D Molecular Therapeutics, a role started in July 2024. Prior to this, Hersh held multiple positions in clinical development, including Medical Director roles at Iveric Bio and Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc., as well as various responsibilities at Novartis, including Associate Medical Director and Associate Director of MSL. Additional experience includes strategic roles at GS Eye Group and Dynamic Solution Consultants, LLC, along with managing physician positions at USM-Corp and The Eye Health Group. Hersh Patel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University, a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Centenary University, and both a Doctor of Optometry and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Visual Sciences from Salus University.
