Kanoa Redic

Senior Research Associate at 4D Molecular Therapeutics

Kanoa Redic has a diverse range of work experiences in the scientific field. In 2019, Kanoa worked as a Research Intern at the University of North Texas, conducting research on lung and liver development in American Alligators. From 2017 to 2020, Kanoa served as an Undergrad Research Assistant at California State University - East Bay, contributing to a project on intestinal microbes in marine invertebrates and working in the Insect Zoo. Kanoa also worked as an SI Leader in Plant Biology during this time. In 2020, Kanoa interned at LabSense Technologies, gaining experience in laboratory procedures and assays for pharmaceutical products. In 2020, they also joined Emery Pharma as a Research Assistant and Lab Manager, responsible for maintaining supply and chemical inventories and performing maintenance on laboratory instruments. Most recently, Kanoa joined 4D Molecular Therapeutics in 2021 as a Research Associate II.

Kanoa Redic pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from California State University - East Bay between 2015 and 2020.
