Mandi Moore

Mandi Moore currently serves as an Associate CTM at 4D Molecular Therapeutics since April 2025. Prior to this role, Mandi worked as a Senior CRA at Elios Vision from September 2023 to April 2025, and as a Clinical Research Associate at Lexitas Pharma Services, Inc. from May 2022 to September 2023. Mandi's experience includes a position as a Regional Monitor at Trial Runners from September 2021 to May 2022, and as a Research Coordinator and Ophthalmic Technician at Colorado Retina Associates from August 2018 to September 2021. Earlier in the career, Mandi was also an Ophthalmic Technician at BoulderEyes/Beyer Lasik from October 2015 to July 2018. Mandi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Northern Colorado.
