Sushant Powar

Sushant Powar is a Research Engineer at 4DMedical since July 2021, following a role as a Teaching Associate at Monash University from December 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included planning and executing laboratory sessions for a master's unit in Instrumentation and Sensing Monitoring. Sushant also served as a Research/Technical Assistant at Monash University, where the focus was on reconstructing sperm flagellar waveforms from 2D images and developing algorithms for analyzing swimming cells. Previously, as a Research Support Assistant, Sushant contributed to image processing algorithms for tracking swimming sperm. In early 2019, Sushant completed a Summer Research Internship at AIRAH, innovating air quality testing methods through numerical simulation with ANSYS-FLUENT, achieving high distinction in the associated unit. Sushant holds a Master of Advanced Mechanical Engineering from Monash University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
