Svetla Dobreva

Svetla Dobreva is an experienced Administrative and HR manager at 4finance since August 2015, overseeing administration and HR teams while developing HR strategies that align with business goals. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, department budgets, and event management, as well as implementing group policies and new administrative systems. Prior to this role, Svetla served as an Administrative Manager, improving administrative systems, and as an Assistant to the CEO at PROFI CREDIT Bulgaria Ltd., where key tasks included report preparation and bookkeeping. Svetla also gained experience as a Direct Marketing Consultant at Philip Morris International and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia, Bulgaria.
