Doug Helfman

Doug Helfman has a diverse work experience, ranging from their most recent position as Vice President at 4Front Ventures in 2020 to their role as Vice President at Brightleaf Development in 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Cannex Holdings California Inc in 2019. From 2015 to 2019, Helfman held the position of President at Canna Development Group. Doug also gained legal experience as a Legal Intern at the Third District Court of Appeal in 2013 and as a Business Affairs and Legal Intern at Sony Music Entertainment in 2012. Helfman began their career as a Marketing Assistant at The Miami HEAT in 2007.

Doug Helfman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Pennsylvania from 2007 to 2011. Doug then pursued a Juris Doctor degree at the University of Miami School of Law from 2011 to 2014. Simultaneously, they also obtained a Masters of Music in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami Frost School of Music during the same time period. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they briefly attended Harvard University in 2006. Doug Helfman completed their secondary education at Gulliver Preparatory School from 2003 to 2007.
