Alex Atakov

Alex Atakov has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Alex currently works at 4G Clinical as a Support Project Lead II. Prior to this, they held positions at Bottomline Technologies as an Enterprise Support Account Manager and at IBM in various roles such as SWAT Escalation Manager, Technical Support Engineer, Client Services Representative, and Technical Team Lead. Alex also has experience working at John Hancock Financial Services as a Tivoli Consultant, at RSA Security as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, and at Electronic Press Services Group as a Systems Administrator.

Alex Atakov completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Exercise Physiology from Northeastern University between 1991 and 1996. In addition, they obtained certifications in IBM Watson Data Platform Foundations and Winning the Platform - Cloud Pak for Data from IBM in the year 2016.
