Ofer Nir

Ofer Nir has a significant amount of work experience in various leadership roles. Ofer most recently served as the CEO of 4IR Solutions starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at INSPEKTO, where they held the position of GM & Global VP Products & Marketing | AI Machine Vision from November 2020 until the present. Ofer also served as the VP Products & Marketing at INSPEKTO from February 2020 to October 2020.

Before joining INSPEKTO, Ofer worked at Velox Ltd. from August 2015 to February 2020 as the VP Sales & Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for the company's business performance, including sales, marketing, and product activities. Ofer played a significant role in the company's successful fundraising activities and secured deals with major packaging providers and global brand owners.

Prior to Velox Ltd., Ofer held the position of Sr. Director of Product Marketing, Inkjet 3D Printing Solutions at Stratasys from October 2011 to August 2015. Ofer also served as the VP Marketing & Business Development at UniVerve Ltd. from August 2008 to January 2011. In this role, they created and executed a penetration plan and led the integration of partner technology into a scalable solution.

Before UniVerve Ltd., Ofer worked at Vigilant Technology as the VP Products & Marketing from March 2007 to August 2008. Ofer defined the company's market vision and led product management and marketing for multiple product lines. Ofer also served as the Director of Product Marketing at Nokia Siemens Networks from 2005 to 2007, where they created and executed the outbound marketing of carrier Ethernet solutions.

Ofer's earlier experience includes roles at RADCOM and IMOD/MAFAT, where they held positions in product management, marketing, and system engineering. Overall, Ofer Nir has a diverse background with extensive experience in sales, marketing, product management, and executive leadership.

Ofer Nir obtained their B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1991. Ofer then pursued their MBA in Marketing & Finance at Tel Aviv University from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, they attended the Hoffman Kofman Foundation from 2022 to 2023 to receive a Leadership Development degree.
