Shaimaa Mantawy

Shaimaa Mantawy has extensive experience in supervisory and instructional roles within various organizations. Currently, as a Supervisor and Head of Supervision at 4level1 since June 2018 and as a Supervisor and English Instructor at Notcourses since August 2016, Shaimaa demonstrates a strong commitment to leadership in educational settings. Previous experience at Teleperformance from December 2011 to April 2016 included positions as Operations Supervisor, Trainer, and Call Centre Supervisor. Shaimaa holds a Bachelor's degree in Decorating from Ain Shams University and has furthered professional development through certifications from the Canadian Council and the University of Cambridge.
