Kelly Carnevale has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Kelly began their career as an Area Sales Manager at TransWestern Publishing from 1996 to 2003. Following this, they served as a Managing Partner at Great Lakes Publishing LLC from 2003 to 2006. Kelly then became the District Sales Manager of the Auto Trader Magazine Division at Autotrader US from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Chemsearch. Kelly later joined State Industrial Products as an Account Executive from 2013 to 2014.
In 2014, Kelly joined LPi as a Regional Advertising Sales Manager, a role they held until 2017 when they were promoted to the position of Regional Advertising Sales Director - East. In these roles, they were responsible for strategizing, project management, profit and loss, and fostering a positive culture. Kelly communicated frequently with the sales team, provided feedback and support, and trained and recruited new sales representatives.
In 2020, Kelly became an Advisory Board Member at Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
Kelly Carnevale has a diverse education history. In 1990-1991, they attended Ithaca College, and in 1989-1990, they attended Thompkins Cortland Community College. Recently, in 2020, Kelly completed a certification in Salesforce Admin from Trailhead by Salesforce. Kelly also obtained multiple certifications from Cornell University, including High Performance Leadership, Strategic Leadership, Leading with Credibility, Navigating Power Relationships, Planning and Delivering Effective Presentations, Becoming a Strategic Leader, Leading Collaborative Teams, and Motivating People for High Performance.
