Rodney Grubb

Rodney Grubb has extensive experience in the carbon fiber and energy management sectors, currently serving as a Board Member and previously as Chairman and Chief Operating Officer at 4M Carbon Fiber Corp., where leadership focused on the commercialization of a patented plasma oxidation technology. Prior roles include Commercialization Manager at RMX Technologies, Program Manager for Energy Management at SRA International, and project management and engineering training roles at Sentech and RG2 Associates. Additional experience includes director positions at Perot Systems and VP roles at PrSM Corporation and TPG Technologies. Rodney Grubb holds an ABD - PhD in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee Space Institute, and a BS in Engineering Science & Mechanics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
