Jim T. is an experienced human resources executive with a career spanning several decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Alteon Health since 2019, Jim is responsible for the recruitment, engagement, and retention of clinical and administrative staff. Prior to this, Jim held the position of Vice President of Human Resources Business Partners at TeamHealth, overseeing HR services for 21,000 employees. As the Founder and CEO of OPI, Inc., Jim established a successful executive coaching and HR consulting firm. Jim's extensive background includes positions at Honeywell, ABB, and Praxair, where significant achievements in HR management and organizational development were made. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Human Resources from Syracuse University.
