Piyush Raghuvanshi

Piyush Raghuvanshi has over 14 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Piyush is currently the Head of Human Resources at apna, where they are responsible for building people capabilities and fostering a people-first culture. Prior to this, Piyush served as the Head of Human Resources at Zupee, where they played a key role in building functional capabilities and teams across various departments. Piyush has also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at OYO and Syngenta, where they managed global hiring and successfully ramped up recruitment operations. Additionally, Piyush has held leadership roles at Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Wipro Ltd., and CybOrg Technologies, where they gained experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and team management.

Piyush Raghuvanshi earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce - Hons. with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Banaras Hindu University from 2003 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Human Resources Management and Services from the Institute of Management & Development between 2006 and 2008. Piyush has also obtained additional certifications in areas such as LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment, Leader's Coaching for High Performance Engagement, and Social Media Recruitment, although specific dates for the certifications were not provided.
