Kylie Jimenez

Kylie Jimenez serves as the Corporate HR & Chief Human Resources Officer at Georg Fischer since January 2025, focusing on the people and culture strategy to align with the company's long-term objectives. Prior to this, Kylie held various leadership roles, including board member at Bfree Cups, contributing to menstrual health innovation, and member of the Board of Directors at JA Europe, promoting youth engagement. At Toyota Motor Europe, Kylie was the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer and also led multiple departments as Senior Vice President. Previously, at Toyota Latin America & Caribbean, Kylie transformed HR and Administration. Kylie's education includes completion of the Executive Compensation program at Wharton and the International Director’s Programme at INSEAD.
