Yasser Shaheen

Yasser Shaheen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Product Manager at 4matex Information Technology since July 2022, Yasser previously held the position of Senior System Engineer at NESMA & the Royal Saudi Air Defence Force from January 2011 to August 2022. During that time, Yasser played a crucial role in the GOLDesp software implementation project, focusing on maintenance, user training, technical documentation, and on-site customer support. Yasser also has a background in technical support, managing daily operations and liaising with development teams to resolve critical issues. Yasser earned a degree from Philadelphia University between 2006 and 2011.
