Teja Rangineni

Teja Rangineni has work experience as a Product Owner/Scrum Master at 4Pillars Infosys, Inc. from January 2019 to the present. In this role, Teja crafted User Stories and Epics for browser-based Cloud Health Billing Systems. They served as the central point of contact for vendors and stakeholders and translated requirements into technical tasks. Teja also developed a product roadmap and prioritized features/product backlog. They acted as the Scrum Master for two cross-functional teams and implemented improvements to the Rapid Ideation process, increasing employee input by nearly 70%. Prior to this, Teja worked as an Epic PB Application Analyst/Product Owner at Baylor Scott & White Health from January 2017 to November 2018.

Prior to this, Teja earned a Certificate in Health Information Technology and Health Informatics from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016. Teja's educational background also includes a Bachelor's degree from Texas State University.
