Roshan Varghese

Roshan Varghese, CSP, CRSP, has over two decades of expertise in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management across various sectors, particularly in oil and gas. Currently serving as Senior Director of EHS at 4Refuel since June 2019, Roshan previously held key positions at Sodexo as Senior Manager for Health & Safety in its North American Energy & Resource segment, overseeing health and safety for major oil and gas operations. Prior roles include Sr QHSE Advisor at BGIS LLC, HSSE Advisor at Oman Oil Marketing Company, and Assistant Manager HSE at Arabian Industries LLC. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Climate Change Policy & Practices from the University of Toronto and a B Tech in Safety and Fire Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
