Ernest Vasseur

Ernest Vasseur has extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and healthcare initiatives, currently serving as a Private Giving Consultant at 4S Bay Partners LLC since March 2023. Prior to this role, Vasseur was the Interim Executive Director at the Julian Grace Foundation from September 2022 to January 2023. Vasseur's notable tenure as Executive Director at the Healthcare Foundation of Northern Lake County from June 2007 to May 2022 saw the establishment of a groundbreaking healthcare conversion foundation. Previously, Vasseur worked as a Senior Program Officer at the Lloyd A. Fry Foundation from 1999 to 2007, managing over $2.5 million in annual grants focused on health and education. Vasseur began a career with the AIDS Pastoral Care Network from 1989 to 1999, where the role as Director of Clinical Services involved designing and evaluating programs for a grassroots agency supporting 1,300 clients with HIV/AIDS each year.
