Patrick Malnes

Patrick Malnes serves as the Director for Cleaning & Maintenance at 4Service since August 2018, leading the cleaning initiatives for the company and participating in the corporate management team. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of CEO at Ren Pluss AS from December 2010 to August 2018, overseeing the entire cleaning segment within the 4Service group, and previously worked as Operations Director, responsible for sales growth, personnel management, and operational efficiency. Patrick began their career at Rengjøring & Vedlikehold, performing as Operations Director and Sales Manager from June 2005 to December 2010. Educational qualifications include a Mini-MBA in Business Administration from Probana Business School, a certification in NS-INSTA 800 Level 4, and studies in Sales Leadership and co-creative leadership. Patrick also holds a vocational certificate in cleaning.
