Margaret Del Favero has extensive experience in various roles within the business development, sales support, and operations sectors. Currently serving as a Contractor at Task Management since December 2017, Margaret facilitates the deduction management process for pricing discrepancies at Kroger and Harris Teeter. Previous positions include Family Placement Manager at College Nannies and Tutors, overseeing sales processes and family inquiries, and Business Development & Operations Support at Stangate Management, Inc., where Margaret introduced Lean Logistics to the construction industry. Margaret also has a strong background in sales support at Hillshire Brands, where responsibilities included managing international foodservice operations and liaising between functional areas and vendors. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Lay Pastoral Ministry from the Athenaeum of Ohio and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thomas More University.
