Director of Punting and Strength and Conditioning at 4th Down Solutions

Dr. Matthew DiLallo DC, MA, CSCS has held a variety of roles in the health and fitness industry since 2006. In that year, they were the Starting Punter for the Football Team at the University of Colorado. In 2009, they were an Intern Massage/Stretch Therapist at Stretch University. In 2010, they were an Intern Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of South Florida. In 2011, they were an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 2012, they were a Student at Palmer College of Chiropractic and an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Athletic Edge Sports Performance Conditioning. Since 2015, they have been the Doctor of Chiropractic at Performance and Wellness Chiropractic and the Director of Punting and Strength and Conditioning at 4th Down Solutions.

Dr. Matthew DiLallo obtained their Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic between 2012 and 2015. Prior to this, they obtained their Master of Arts in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida between 2010 and 2011. Dr. Matthew also holds a BA in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder which they obtained between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they hold certifications from HawkGrips (2015), Graston Technique (2014), RockTape FMT (2014), Active Release Techniques (2012), and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) (2009).
