Ernesto Hochkoeppler

Ernesto Hochkoeppler has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Ernesto currently holds the position of VP Customer Fulfillment at 5.11 Tactical since September 2019. Prior to this, they served as VP Global Services at SML RFID from January 2017 to September 2019.

From 2011 to 2016, Ernesto worked at Levi Strauss & Co., first as Director, Logistics Planning and PMO, Global Distribution & Logistics, where they were responsible for distribution strategy, network optimization, and implementation of distribution capabilities globally. In addition, they headed the Global RFID efforts across the supply chain. Prior to that, they held the role of Sr. Manager, Business Process Improvement - Supply Chain Services at Levi Strauss & Co. from 2006 to 2011.

Before working at Levi Strauss & Co., Ernesto was Sr. Manager, Supply Chain & Operations at Keeco, LLC from 2003 to 2006, overseeing sourcing, order management, manufacturing planning, distribution operations, inventory control, trade compliance, and shipping.

Their earlier experiences include being Sr. Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics at JDS Uniphase, Optical Amplification Group then Viavi from 2000 to 2003, and Manager, Supply Chain Management Consulting Practice at Ernst & Young then Capgemini from 1995 to 2000.

Ernesto started their career as a Manufacturing Systems and Process Engineer at Pro-Log then Motorola from 1993 to 1994.

Ernesto Hochkoeppler has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Cum Laude, from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
