Kristen Lampier

Kristen Lampier is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Vice President of People and Culture at 50,000feet since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kristen was the Head of People and Culture at L2TMedia from December 2019 to December 2023. Kristen's extensive background includes a position as Human Resources Director at EMCOR, where strategic HR leadership was provided for the Mechanical Services division, supporting over 3,000 employees across 14 operating companies. Kristen also served as the Assistant Human Resources Manager at Sara Lee, where responsibilities included serving as the strategic HR partner for the Household and Beverage division. Earlier in Kristen's career, experience included roles at ADP as a Project Manager in Benefit Services and an internship at Verizon focused on Benefits Strategy & Design. Kristen holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Family Studies, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
