Erwin A. Dotimas, MDM, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Acting Head of People and Culture at Converge ICT Solutions Inc. since April 2021, Erwin has previously held significant roles including Founder and Chief Engagement Officer at Lit Management Consulting Services and Licensed Financial Advisor at Sun Life. With a strong background in HR business partnering and strategic management, Erwin has contributed to various organizations such as SM Lifestyle Entertainment, Globe Telecom, and IBM Business Services, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, and organizational transformation. Erwin holds a Master's degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Philippine Normal University, complemented by a Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
