Eric Nemeroff

Eric Nemeroff has a diverse professional background in the food and beverage industry, with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as a Stormtrooper TK-37421 with the 501st Legion since July 2023, Eric also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Galactic Minifigures LLC since October 2019. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at Cinepolis Corporativo, where Eric functioned as Regional Chef/Food and Beverage and Regional Trainer/Manager from September 2016 to January 2021, overseeing operations on the US East Coast and in Texas and Ohio. Eric's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar from March 2015 to June 2016, and at Braums from June 2009 to February 2015. Eric holds a degree from the University of Florida.
