Neil Ralley

Neil Ralley has extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Neil currently serves as the President of 505 Games since 2017.

Prior to that, Ralley worked at 2K Games for over a decade, starting in 2005 as the General Manager - International. In this role, they were responsible for building 2K's international presence and leading a team of over 80 people across 7 territories. Neil defined the local strategy of 2K and successfully established the label as a highly credible publishing unit internationally. Ralley also played a key role in delivering significant annual revenues and growth for the company. Neil held this position until April 2016.

Before joining 2K Games, Ralley was the Sales Director at Codemasters from 1997 to 2004. Neil oversaw all worldwide revenues for the company and aggressively expanded its distribution globally, resulting in substantial growth in turnover. As the first main board Sales Director in Codemasters' history, Ralley was responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the sales and business development departments on a worldwide basis.

Prior to Codemasters, Ralley worked as the International Sales Manager at Tring International PLC from 1995 to 1997 and as an Export Sales Executive/Manager at Humbrol from 1993 to 1994.

Neil Ralley attended Humberside University from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a BA (Hons) in European Business Studies. No specific field of study was mentioned.
