Gerhard Kürner

Gerhard Kürner has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Gerhard is currently the Head of the Public Policy & Relation Working Group at AI Upper Austria since April 2023. Prior to this, they were the CEO at 506, a company that specializes in AI-powered customer intelligence software. Gerhard held this role from January 2020 until their current position.

Before their time at 506, Gerhard was a member of the board of directors at Contexity AG since 2018. Gerhard also worked at Lunik2 Marketing Services as a Partner from January 2020 to December 2021 and as the Managing Director from February 2015 to December 2019.

Earlier in their career, Gerhard held the position of Managing Director at Cyberhouse from September 2016 to October 2019. Gerhard also worked at voestalpine AG, where they served as the Head of Corporate Communications and Spokesman from August 2006 to January 2015. Prior to this, they held various roles in corporate communications and IT at voestalpine AG.

Additionally, Gerhard served as the Chairman of the Board at voestalpine Stahlwelt GmbH from August 2009 to December 2014. Gerhard started their career at wootoo.com online media AG as the Head of Online Business and co-founded Buro Extrem (Taschner, Kürner & Wiesenecker OEG) where they held the position of CEO and Co-Founder.

Gerhard Kürner is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Analytics at The Wharton School. Gerhard started their education at the school in 2021 and is expected to complete their degree in the future.
