Joel Trammell

Joel Trammell has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Joel is the Co-Founder of American CEO, an organization that offers educational resources for chief executives. In 2021, American CEO launched a graduate level executive education program focused on continuous improvement and predictable growth. Trammell is also the CEO and Founder of Manager360, a leadership development and software company based in Austin, Texas, that helps companies leverage exceptional managers as a competitive advantage. Joel serves as the Chairman and Co-Founder of 512Financial and owns Texas CEO Magazine.

Trammell's previous roles include being the Founder and CEO of Khorus Software, the Chairman of iGrafx, and the Managing Partner of Lone Rock Technology Group. Joel was the CEO of Black Box from 2017 to 2019 and also served as a Board Director of the company. Additionally, Trammell was a Member of the Board of Directors for Rise School of Austin. Joel was also the Managing Partner of Lake Austin Advisors, where they operated the Lake Austin Equity Fund, a quantitative model-based hedge fund.
