Dr Nicole Kuepper-Russell

Dr. Nicole Kuepper-Russell is an experienced professional in strategic leadership and operations, currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer and Deputy CEO at 5B. Previously, Dr. Kuepper-Russell held several senior positions at Bain & Company, including Senior Manager and Consultant, and was a Director at YWCA NSW. In academia, Dr. Kuepper-Russell contributed as a Technology Transfer Project Manager and Lecturer in Solar Energy at the University of New South Wales. Dr. Kuepper-Russell started a career in policy as a Policy Officer for the Infrastructure and Environment Group at AusAID. Dr. Kuepper-Russell earned a PhD in Engineering from the University of New South Wales in 2011, following a Bachelor of Engineering in Photovoltaics and Solar Energy from the same institution in 2006.
