Berenice Carbajal is a customer service and marketing professional with over five years of experience. Berenice began their career as a customer experience manager at Ala Roma Inc., where they were responsible for managing customer service quality, training new employees, and conflict resolution. Berenice then transitioned to Dulce Vicio, a position they held for two years before moving to their current role as marketing assistant at 5G Benefits. In their current role, Berenice is responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and developing marketing materials.
