Vincent Tobkin

Vincent Tobkin is an Advisory Board Member at 5G Open Innovation Lab.

Their first job was as Research Engineer at Hewlett-Packard from June 1970 to September 1972. Vincent then moved to Fairchild Semiconductor where they worked as Research Engineer from June 1969 to September 1970.
