Sivaji Karuppusami

Sivaji Karuppusami is an experienced Unified Communications specialist and Escalation Engineer at 5i since June 2012, previously holding the position of Unified Communication Support Engineer. Prior to 5i, Sivaji worked at Maxima from August 2007 to June 2012, serving in various roles including Unified Communications Engineer and Technical Support Engineer, and also as SMC Voice (IP Telephony) Support Engineer and 1st Line Support Engineer. Earlier experience includes a role as Support Engineer at Orange from April 2007 to August 2007. Sivaji holds an MSc in Mobile and High Speed Telecommunication Networks from Oxford Brookes University (2004-2006) and a B.E in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Periyar University (2000-2004).
