Charlie Horn is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in consumer acquisition, engagement, and payments solutions, particularly within the insurance and health sectors. As the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Genius Avenue since 2011, Charlie has pioneered innovative strategies for benefits and health care product manufacturers and distributors. In 2023, Charlie founded and serves as Chairman of the Center for the Acceleration of Financial Equity (CAFE), focusing on enhancing financial equity through technology innovations at the University of Delaware. Additional ventures include founding the Horn Entrepreneurship and Venture Development Center and 5Lights, LLC, which emphasize growth in niche markets and entrepreneurial spirit.
