Manish Karia has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Manish is currently working as the Deputy Vice President - Digital Marketing at 5paisa, where they lead the new user acquisition team and focuses on building marketing strategies and budgets. Manish has successfully driven significant YoY growth in new users while reducing the cost of customer acquisition and improving payback time. Manish has also conceptualized and executed martech projects and implemented data segmentation strategies for retargeting and remarketing. Prior to their current role, Manish worked at People Interactive in various positions, including Director - Digital Marketing and Associate Director - Digital Marketing, where they contributed to increasing new users and improving the proportion of female users. Manish also has experience as a Senior Manager - Digital Marketing, where they focused on driving growth and ROI through Google Ads and increasing SEO traffic. Manish co-founded MAK Webtech and worked as a Project Manager at SMG Convonix earlier in their career.

Manish Karia obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from K J Somaiya College of Engineering at Mumbai University between 2003 and 2007.
