Enrico IERI

Enrico IERI has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Enrico started their career as a Management Trainee at Hyde Park Hotel, where they gained valuable knowledge of the hotel and tourism industry. Enrico then worked as an Accountant at F.alber Srl, where they handled budget balancing and overall bookkeeping.

Enrico later joined RCI | Vacation Exchange as an Administration Coordinator/Help Desk, where they played a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with the company's clients. Enrico then became the General Manager at Residence Les Cretes, where they coordinated various departments within the hotel and gained experience in marketing, sales, and dealing with promoters and tour operators.

Enrico also served as the Owner and Managing Director of Bucaneve Srl, where they successfully reorganized the staff, renovated the property, and implemented marketing strategies.

In their role as the Business Development Manager - Southern Europe at The Originals, Human Hotels & Resorts, Enrico oversaw sales and development in France, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland for a chain of 600 hotels. Enrico also built strong relationships with key partners and institutions in Southern Europe. Later on, they became Country Manager Italy for the same company, responsible for sales and development of four different hotel brands and coordinating PR and communications in Italy.

Their most recent role is as the Director of International Business Development at 5stelle*, where they are responsible for leading the international sales and development of a cloud-based Property Management System (PMS) solution for hotels. Enrico establishes and maintains relationships with global partners and executes sales strategies in different countries.
