Ravi Thakur

Ravi Thakur has worked in the IT industry since 2012. Ravi began their career with an internship at HCL Infosystems Ltd in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Desktop Support Engineer at OPK e Services P Ltd and a Network Associate at CNT Technology. In 2014, they joined iApp Technologies as an IT Business Analyst, where they were responsible for gathering user requirements, analyzing existing systems, and designing wire-frames for better UI.

Ravi Thakur obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from LPU between 2009 and 2013, with a major field of study. In September 2014, they also obtained the AMCAT Certified Collections Specialist certification from Aspiring Minds.
