Chris Thatcher is the VP of the Technology Practice at 5W Public Relations. Prior to this, Chris worked as an Account Coordinator at G.S. Schwartz & Co from June 2008 to October 2009 where they were responsible for securing press coverage, developing social media campaigns, and acting as a liaison between reporters and clients. Chris has also organized and handled media relations for events such as the American International Toy Fair and Kitchen/Bath Industry Show. In addition to this, Chris has also draft press materials, generated editorial calendars and media lists, monitored media placements and related news for clients, created publicity books and monthly activity reports. Some of Chris' notable clients have included the Toy Industry Association, GemEx Systems, Sharpe Partners, Kaufman Sage Realty, USVI Research and Technology Park, TheOnlineMom.com, DuplicatePoker.com, FashionFantasyGame.com, Visible World, Kitchen/Bath Industry Show, Quigley Pharma, NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies, 10VOX Entertainment.

Chris Thatcher graduated from the State University of New York College at Oswego with a degree in public relations. Chris then went on to work in communications for a public relations firm.
