Job description

We are looking for a Product Manager to come join us and build the best experience for our customers. This is both an execution (75%) and strategy role (25%) and you will have the freedom to do the best work of your life, while growing at breakneck pace along with 5X.

Key responsibilities

Execute

  1. Design and build experiences for the data teams which will make their day to day work great. We expect our customers to spend a lot of time on the product and making it enjoyable is a top priority.
  2. Take ownership for the product roadmap and build visibility for all stakeholders through research and experimentation.
  3. Communicate until saturated. We are a 100% remote company and as such need great communicators, who are making sure everyone is on the same page. Collaborate
  4. Work closely with Engineering to deliver the product experience which delivers beyond customer expectation.
  5. Collaborate with other PMs, Marketing and Research and keep enforcing the customer viewpoint within the product.
  6. Keep focus on our product philosophy so that we can keep improving every day. Lead
  7. Take lead in building strong and collaborative product culture and become an advocate for the same within the company.
  8. Be the link between 5X and the larger user community so that we can be part of the conversation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager.
  • Exposure to data tools and domain experience with data Engineering and modern data stack.
  • Demonstrated ability to build tech products.
  • Ability to communicate, influence and enable 5X organization as well as our customers. Be the voice of customers by building products that solve their core problems.
  • Ability to work closely with the engineering team and lead execution as product lead. You will be the true customer representative within the team.
