Michael Adamson

Michael Adamson is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in global human resources operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Global HR Operations at UST Global since January 2014, Michael oversees HR functions for a major digital and IT services company with a workforce of 30,000 across over 30 countries. Prior to UST, Michael owned Adamson Consulting Group LLC, focusing on HR strategy and organizational transformation, and held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Advantage Solutions, a U.S.-based $1B company. Michael's career began at Accenture, where Michael progressed to Senior Executive and Global Leader, contributing to significant revenue growth and corporate transformation. Michael holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Public Administration from the University of Arizona.
