Ha Kwan is the Vice President of People at 64x Bio. Ha has over fifteen years of experience in Talent Management, Executive Search, and Executive Coaching. Prior to joining 64x Bio, Ha served as the Chief People Officer at Exemplify, Senior Director of Talent at Inkling, and Senior Director of Talent at Techshed.

Ha has a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams. At Data.ai, Ha managed global recruiting teams across 15 offices in 12 countries. Ha was also responsible for partnering with the leadership team on compensation salary benchmarking, career development, company culture initiatives, onboarding, employer branding, diversity & inclusion programs, rewards & recognition, and training.

Ha is a strategic thinker with a passion for people and organizational development. Her experience in designing and implementing people strategies has helped their create a positive and engaging work environment that attracts and retains top talent.

Ha Kwan received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Ha also received certification from the SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) in PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification.
