Pascal Heberling

Pascal Heberling is currently a Partner & Co-Head for Europe at 65 Equity Partners, a role held since September 2023, focusing on partnering with family-owners and management teams to facilitate long-term business growth. Previously, Pascal served as a Partner at BC Partners from September 2020 to December 2022, and held the position of Head of Healthcare at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority from January 2014 to April 2020, while also being a member of the Executive Committee. Additional experience includes being a Partner at Cinven from March 2001 to December 2013, Vice President in Mergers & Acquisitions at Merrill Lynch from August 1997 to March 2001, and a Summer Associate in Merchant Banking at TD Capital in 1996. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a Master's in Political Science from the University of Toronto, complemented by studies at Sciences Po and early education from The European School, Karlsruhe.
