Walter Fowlkes

Walter Fowlkes has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Walter is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at 68 Ventures and Truland Homes. Previously, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Triple S Steel Holdings, Inc., where they played a key role in driving operational excellence and scaling finance operations. Walter also worked at Baker Hughes as the Director of Corporate Development and Assistant Treasurer, where they were responsible for developing business strategies and executing acquisitions/divestitures. Walter has also held notable positions at Clariant International AG as a Group Finance Manager and Regional Treasurer, and at DeltaCredit Bank as the SVP and Head of Lending and Corporate Banking. Walter began their career at Bank of America, where they served as a Senior Vice President for ten years.

Walter Fowlkes has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Languages from Georgetown University. Walter attended the Global Leadership Executive Management Program at Duke University from 2013 to 2014. In 2011, they participated in the Symposium: Relay N + 10 at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Walter also completed the Corporate Finance Training Program at Bank of America (previously Nationsbank) from 1992 to 1995, and the Management Training Program at Queens University of Charlotte from 2002 to 2003.
