Carlos Sanchez

Carlos Sanchez has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Carlos began their career at Metrofflex Sistemas Inteligentes in 2015 as a Hardware Technical Assistant. In this role, they designed and implemented signal acquisition circuits, operated and maintained 3D printers, and constructed motor controllers.

In 2017, Carlos joined Ingnovation SAS as a Technical and Development area coordinator. Here, they automated industrial processes, controlled industrial sensors through instrumentation, and worked on projects related to laminators and paper rewinders.

In 2018, Carlos returned to Metrofflex Sistemas Inteligentes as a Support Engineer. Carlos coordinated technical personnel for maintenance, provided technical support and troubleshooting on devices with artificial vision, and conducted assembly, quality control, and testing of devices.

In 2020, Carlos transitioned to Cafeto Software as a Software Engineer, Product Support. Carlos'sresponsibilities included giving support to applications developed by Cafeto Software for various customers, solving issues, providing updates and solutions, and establishing communication with customers via different platforms.

Later in 2020, Carlos joined 6Connex as a Support Engineer. Here, they supported L1 and L2, monitored platform and applications, analyzed and resolved technical issues, and ensured adherence to SLAs.

Overall, Carlos Sanchez has acquired extensive experience in hardware and software support, technical coordination, and automation of industrial processes.

Carlos Sanchez attended Universidad del Valle in Colombia from 2011 to 2017. Carlos obtained a degree in Electronic Engineering and specialized in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
