Michelle Gloeckler is an accomplished executive and board member with extensive experience in the retail and automotive sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation & Talent and Nominating/Governance Committees at Holley since July 2021, Michelle has also taken on the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer at Holley Performance Products. Additional board memberships include positions at BJ's Wholesale Club, Pairwise, The Duckhorn Portfolio, and previously at Benson Hill and the University of Michigan. Michelle's advisory roles span companies such as Blendid and Peep Performance/Go2 Devices. With a solid foundation in retail from leadership roles at Walmart and Academy Sports + Outdoors, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge in product development, supply chain management, and strategic planning to her current endeavors.
