Douglas Spada

Douglas Spada is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in capital development, innovation, and strategic management. As the founder and executive manager of Espada Ventures since January 2013, Douglas has utilized a keen eye for detail to enhance organizational strategy, capital formation, marketing, and business development. Additionally, as principal at NeuroStim Capital and director on the board of 6P Color, Inc., Douglas continues to drive progress in various fields. In January 2002, Douglas founded WorkLife Innovations, a non-profit dedicated to improving workplace success and productivity. Douglas also served as the innovation executive for Advance/FCCI and established Utili-Tech Solutions, Inc., an energy services firm, which Douglas led from 1991 to 2000. A decorated veteran of the United States Department of Defense, Douglas has a strong educational background in naval nuclear engineering and executive organizational management.
