Tam Thao Pham has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2002, they participated in a rotational general management program at McMaster-Carr, where they managed a sales department. In 2005, they joined Deloitte Consulting LLP and held various positions, including VP of Product Management and Head of Early-Stage Investments, focusing on talent technology solutions and innovation. They co-founded TEDxConstitutionDrive and served as a co-host, licensee, and organizer for several events from 2010 to 2015. In 2007, they were an inaugural research fellow at The Center for the Edge, conducting research on industry-shaping platform strategies. They also worked as an angel investor with a portfolio of investments, including companies like Anduril and Clearbit. In 2015, they started working with A Little Help Co. as an innovation and startup advisor, assisting startups and enterprise innovation teams. They also served as a senior strategic advisor and board member at DryShield before its acquisition in 2022. Currently, they are the CEO and Editor-in-Chief of 6Pages, a market intelligence source for leaders and decision-makers. Additionally, they are a council member of the Forbes Business Council.

Tam Thao Pham has a diverse education history. In 1998-2002, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics of Computation from UCLA. Later, in 2004-2006, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In 2009-2010, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Organisational and Social Psychology at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Additionally, they attended various executive programs and seminars, including the Singularity University Executive Program in 2012, the Aspen Institute - Socrates Seminar Program in 2010-2011, and the Hoffman Institute in 2016, where they completed the Hoffman Process. Most recently, in 2019, they attended the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine for the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program.
