Zane Schwartz

Zane Schwartz is currently the CEO of the Investigative Journalism Foundation, overseeing the future of Canadian media. Previously, Zane served as the National Chair for the Canadian Association of Journalists, where Zane led initiatives to promote media diversity. Zane has a background in investigative journalism, holding positions as a senior reporter at The Logic and a Michelle Lang Fellow at the National Post, where Zane broke numerous national news stories. Zane also has experience in news editing at Varsity Publications Inc. and has contributed as a columnist for The Globe and Mail. With a BA in International Relations from the University of Toronto, Zane has a strong foundation for their journalism career.
